WINDOW ROCK — Arizona Public Service Co.’s proposed purchase of Southern California Edison’s 48 percent share of Four Corners Power Plant “is tracking like we thought it was going to track,” Mark Schiovani, senior vice president of Fossil Generation at APS, said recently in reports to two Navajo Nation Council standing committees.
